is at the heart of our brand, and we are constantly dedicated to aiding charitable causes that focus on both human and environmental issues. We focus on funding causes and charities that are close to our hearts, wherever and whenever possible, through the support of our distributors and salon network.
GREENFLEET
We at KEVIN.MURPHY know that any small step can make a big impact on the environment, and we are always looking for ways that we can contribute to benefit this beautiful planet.
For this reason, we are partnering with Greenfleet, to offset in part our carbon footprint. Every six months we plan to offset at least 500 tonnes of CO2 emissions and are proud to report that we have offset over 1500 tonnes of carbon emissions since May 2022 by our collaboration with Greenfleet.
This equates to about 2700 native trees being planted by Greenfleet as part of its many reforestation projects. These trees will grow into forests that are legally protected for 100 years – conserving biodiversity and restoring habitat for wildlife, including many endangered species. We forecast that in calendar year 2023 our support will mean that up to another 10,000 native trees are planted over the course of that year.
Who is Greenfleet?
Greenfleet is Australia’s first carbon offset provider and since 1997 has planted over 10 million trees creating more than 500 forests in Australia and New Zealand.
Greenfleet is a leading Australian not-for-profit environmental organisation protecting our climate by restoring our forests. Greenfleet plants native biodiverse forests to capture carbon emissions and help fight the impacts of climate change.

Wings of Karen
Wings of Karen is a non-profit breast cancer foundation supporting research with a sense of urgency, that benefits women everywhere. The mission of this community-based organisation is to fund promising breast cancer research in the Pacific NW, while empowering and educating women with a positive helping hand. The 501(c)(3) organisation is very local—all of the funds go directly to researchers in the state of Washington, USA, throughout the different organisations that Wings of Karen supports. Through selected product sales, KEVIN.MURPHY makes a financial donation to Wings of Karen in an effort to fund the study of all aspects of breast cancer, including prevention, detection, and treatment.

At KEVIN.MURPHY, we aim to teach and share methods for salons and spas across North America, helping them become more sustainable, healthy and profitable. Green Circle Salons is comprised of a collection of salons that send everyday by-products like hair clippings, aluminum foils, colour tubes and applicators for innovative reuse and environmentally-friendly recycling.
THE AUSTRALIAN CONSERVATION FUND
KEVIN.MURPHY is very proud to support Al Gore’s climate change leadership program, The Climate Reality Project. A non-profit global organisation, The Climate Reality Project is dedicated to educating the public about the science and impact of climate change, and works towards finding global solutions at a grassroots level. Having attended The Climate Reality Project’s 2011 Asia-Pacific Summit held in Jakarta, Kevin became an official Climate Reality Project Presenter and has committed to being responsible for communicating climate control messages to our broad network of hairdressers, stylists, and consumers. TThrough the sales of all of our aerosols, KEVIN.MURPHY makes a financial donation to the Australian Conservation Fund in an effort to lessen our overall global carbon footprint.
EORTC
The European Organisation for Research and Treatment of Cancer (EORTC), established in 1962 in Brussels, is a unique pan-European non-profit clinical cancer research organisation whose work spans across tumour types, disciplines and national borders. It develops, conducts, coordinates and stimulates high-quality translational and clinical trial research to improve the survival and quality of life of cancer patients. This is achieved through improving the understanding of cancer biology and the testing of more effective therapeutic strategies, using currently approved drugs, surgery and/or radiotherapy in clinical trials conducted under the auspices of a vast network of clinical cancer researchers, in more than 730 hospitals and cancer centres in 48 countries.
